Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Dr. Zelenak earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also completed his internship and residency. Committed to a higher standard of care, Dr. Zelenak founded Zelenak Eye Institute as a solo, private practice where every patient receives his direct, personal attention.
