Dr. Jonathan Zelenak, D.O. is a board-certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist serving patients throughout Wixom, Novi, Northville, Livonia, and the greater Metro Detroit area. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Dr. Zelenak attended Saginaw Valley State University for his undergraduate studies and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school, internship, and residency.
As a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, Dr. Zelenak provides medical and surgical eye care for a wide range of conditions. He has a special interest in refractive custom cataract surgery with advanced technology premium lens implants, including EDOF and multifocal lenses. Dr. Zelenak is also one of only a few eye surgeons in Michigan offering YAG laser treatment for eye floaters — a minimally invasive, in-office alternative to surgery that has helped many patients regain their quality of life.
